Placing an Order
When you place an order through Craig’s Modeling Corner, you’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is processed. Please double-check your order details before submitting, as changes can’t always be guaranteed afterward. If you need to adjust an order, contact us as soon as possible at craigbrotman@yahoo.com.
Digital Guides & Downloads
Many of our products — including digital guides and tutorials — are delivered instantly after purchase.
- Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales of digital guides and downloadable content are final.
- If you have trouble accessing or downloading a purchase, reach out and we’ll get it fixed.
- Please review product descriptions carefully before buying to confirm a guide covers the technique or scale you need.
Physical Products
Physical items — pigments, washes, deposits, tools, and materials — ship directly to the address provided at checkout. See our Shipping Info page for delivery times and rates.
Returns
If a physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
For unopened, unused items in original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note:
- Opened or used modeling materials (paints, pigments, weathering products) cannot be returned.
- Sale or clearance items are final sale unless defective.
Exchanges
Prefer a different product instead of a refund? Let us know when you reach out, and we’ll help arrange an exchange where possible.

If your order hasn’t arrived or arrived incomplete, contact us and we’ll help track it down or make it right.
